10% of the entire reservation is due at the time of booking and the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Once charged, no refunds.
Credit card information will remain on file for up to 30 days in case of damage, lost or missing items or incidentals. A lost key charge of up to $100 may be charged in the event of a lost key.
Only registered guests allowed in Mudville Flats at any time. Any complaints from neighbors regarding excessive noise or other nuisances may be cause for immediate termination of hotel stay and fees paid.
